Automate the work your team shouldn't be doing

I build custom automations for London businesses — the kind that run reliably in the background while your team focuses on the work that actually needs humans.

Your team is doing work a system should be handling.

Someone is copying customer data from one system into another. Someone is pulling last week's numbers into a spreadsheet. Someone is manually sending the same follow-up email every time a new order comes in.

It's not a big deal until you add it all up. Hours a week. Mistakes that slip through. Things that don't happen because someone forgot. The business is growing but the operations can't keep up.

I look at what's eating your team's time, build the automation, and hand it over. It runs. You don't think about it again.

What I automate

Customer onboarding and notifications. New customer signs up, the right emails go out, their data lands in your CRM, your team gets notified. No one has to remember to do anything.
Report generation. Weekly revenue reports, pipeline summaries, performance dashboards — built automatically on schedule, sent to the right people without anyone lifting a finger.
Data sync between your tools. Your booking system, payment processor, CRM, and spreadsheets — I make them talk to each other so data flows where it needs to go without manual copying.
Document handling and processing. Invoices, contracts, forms — automatically processed, data extracted, filed, and actioned. No inbox triage, no manual entry.
Internal alerts and escalations. When something important happens — a large order, a failed payment, a missed deadline — the right person gets notified automatically, not hours later.

Zapier, n8n, or custom code?

I work across the stack — including n8n, which I use and build commercially (you can see my n8n workflow templates at GoToMarket Kits). For the right use case, it's the fastest path to a working automation.

But Zapier, Make, and n8n all hit ceilings. When your logic is complex, your data is messy, or you need something that scales without per-task pricing, custom code is the right call.

I'll tell you honestly which approach fits your situation. A focused automation takes 1 week from £1,500. A full system takes 2–4 weeks from £4,500. You own everything.
